At this location you’ll join a tight-knit team of three developers who mainly work together from the office. At the same time, you’re part of our UNIT XNSG Ecosystem (18 people in total), where we build and run a highly automated development ecosystem that enables teams across AEB to deliver software efficiently, independently, and with strong developer experience.

The best fit for our location in Říčany would be somebody who's looking to work from the office a lot and prefers a fulltime position (40h/week). If you want to work part-time or need specific homeoffice days, let's talk about it, that's no show-stopper.

As a Software Developer, you have the following background and skills::

• Successful completion of your studies in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable education
• Programming experience in object-oriented programming languages, ideally Java
• Experience in medium-sized and large IT projects is a plus
• Enthusiasm about tackling even tricky problems
• Process-oriented approach and organizational initiative
• Openness to taking on a wide range of tasks and winning over others for your solutions
• Contact and communication skills in English – and ideally, German and/or Czech
