    The add-on for SAP lets you screen your business partners against restricted party lists, set blocks in the event of matches, trigger the appropriate workflow, and log the results.

    Feature characteristics

    • Check the data of participating business partners in the SAP modules Financial Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR), Material Management (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD) against the relevant restricted party lists

    • Screen documents in SAP against restricted party lists – automatically or for a specific transaction

    • Automatically block transactions in SAP in case of a match

    • Notify all relevant contact persons in the event of a match to trigger the appropriate workflow (check the business partner concerned, initiate measures such as reporting the incident to official bodies or entering it in the Good Guy list to unblock the business object)
