Long answer: We have fewer colleagues in these areas, and our growth here is slower. That’s why we only occasionally advertise specific positions. Whether an open application works depends on your timing and the timeline you have in mind. Sometimes it’s the beginning of a relationship that leads to an actual job only six months or a year later. But we’re always transparent in communicating the situation and then work with you on the journey forward.
The roles in Internal Services are among the few where remote work is not always possible. If you work in the kitchen, in cleaning, or in facility management, for example, you simply must come to the office to perform your job. Otherwise, as with all our positions, you are of course free to choose your place of work in consultation with the team and in consideration of everyone’s needs.
Internal Services, to put a finer point on it, covers internal and external accounting, purchasing, legal and compliance services, data protection, employee services, employer branding, organizational development, various kitchen roles, building services, cleaning, reception, and event management.
