Space to develop: from standard to individual

Ops or strategy, close to Projects or close to Sales: You decide how varied you want your role as a Product Manager to be. You can play a traditional role supporting the product lifecycle and managing the development of software solutions. Or you can help shape the strategy for the future of our portfolio and develop the structures in which we work – always with an eye on AEB’s balance between standardized products and individualized solutions, navigating the give-and-take of flexibility vs. reusability.

Creative space: environment and role

As a Product Manager, you’ll shape the future of AEB and ensure that our success continues. Which makes it all the more important that you can take the creative space you need. You decide what exactly it is that you’re passionate about. If you already have professional, technical, or user experience, all the better.

Otherwise, at AEB you’ll find a multidisciplinary team of experts, an open culture of dialog, lots of know-how and creativity, and always a sympathetic ear. With your colleagues at your side, you’ll turn ideas and expertise into (even better) software solutions that take AEB and our customers – and your skills – to the next level.

Questions? We’ve got answers.

Who coordinates product development?

Various roles and groups are involved in product development. As a result, the coordination is decentralized among product managers, product lifecycle managers, and increasingly, distributed and collaborative teams and communities.

Which locations are accepting applications?

You can apply at all AEB locations. Take a look at your options. You can even take a VR tour of the German locations.

How often can I work from home?

We are very mindful of the needs of our teams and communities. That means that if a team needs everyone to be in the same room – for workshops, brainstorming, or team-building – then that’s part of your commitment to the team. But the general rule is: as often as you need to work effectively.
